McDowell Pain Management Center is a local resource for patients with acute and chronic pain issues. Staffed by the skilled pain specialists of McDowell Hospital, we’re prepared to treat any type of pain, whether from injury, recent surgery or ongoing medical conditions. We’re conveniently located in your community to help you overcome pain.

Our Services

The physicians at McDowell Pain Management Center apply advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in order to diagnose and treat your pain as quickly as possible. At McDowell Pain Management Center, your physician will thoroughly evaluate your problem, examine you and recommend treatment that may include medication, injections or other procedures. When injections are appropriate they are provided either in the clinic or in the operating room at McDowell Hospital.

  • Fluoroscopic guided procedures performed at McDowell Hospital’s Surgery Department

Our Team

The team at McDowell Pain Management consists of two board-certified anesthesiologists supported by ACLS certified registered nurses, all with experience in pain control interventions and pain management.

Appointments and Information 

We can make the most out of your first visit if you bring a complete list of current medications, information about your past medical history, and films and reports from any radiological studies that have been performed.


We participate with most insurance plans, but please check with your insurance provider to be sure you meet their qualification requirements for pain management services.
